What taste can you expect from this Anji Bai Cha?

This tea is for lovers of pure teas who wish to discover a fruity profile without added flavorings. A short infusion allows you to explore its character and adjust the intensity to your taste.

How to prepare it?

  • Dosage: 12 to 15 g per liter, or 3 to 3.75 g for 250 ml.
  • Temperature: 70 to 80 °C.
  • Duration: 1 minute to 1 minute 30.

Start with one minute, then adjust during the next tasting. Remove the leaves at the end of the infusion to control the bitterness.

Why does this name evoke white tea?

"Bai Cha" means "white tea". However, Anji Bai Cha belongs to the green tea family: the name alone does not determine the processing method.

Your packaging
