Where do the Maison’s teas come from?

We select our teas and infusions from a specialist importer, chosen for the quality of its sourcing and the consistency of its products. Each variety is tasted before joining the Maison's selection.

What are the processing and shipping times?

In-stock items are shipped within 48 business hours. For made-to-order accessories, please allow up to 10 business days before shipping.

If your order includes a made-to-order accessory, it will be shipped in a single shipment as soon as all items are available.

Free shipping on orders over €45.

How best to store your tea?

Store your tea away from light, moisture, and strong odors, ideally in an airtight container.

Under proper conditions, it retains its qualities for 18 to 24 months.

Can you steep the same leaves multiple times?

Yes. Many teas can provide a second, sometimes even a third, infusion.

Slightly increase the steeping time with each infusion: certain aromatic nuances reveal themselves just as the tea is steeped again.
