Collection: Pu-Erh
Pu-erh tea is a unique tea originating from China's Yunnan province. Renowned for its fermentation and aging process, it develops a deep aromatic palette blending woody, earthy notes, sometimes with sweet or slightly spicy undertones.
Pu-erh is a post-fermented tea: after the leaves undergo an initial processing, a fermentation or maturation stage shapes its character. Depending on the method and aging, its profile can evolve over time.
Discover our selection of loose-leaf Pu-erh teas, carefully chosen for their quality and character. Whether you are curious to discover this great Chinese classic or are already an enthusiast, each tea reveals a unique personality with every infusion.

Which Pu-erh to choose?
Pu-erh tea is mainly divided into two major families: Pu-erh Sheng (raw) and Pu-erh Shou (ripe). Sheng teas offer fresher, more vegetal aromas and evolve over time, while Shou teas develop rounder, woodier, and deeper notes thanks to controlled fermentation.
Each origin, harvest, and production method influences the character of the tea. Exploring several Pu-erhs is often the best way to discover the full richness of this exceptional family.
How to prepare Pu-erh?
Pu-erh generally prefers hot water and can be steeped multiple times. With each steeping, its aromas gradually evolve, revealing different facets of its character.
Preparation parameters may vary depending on whether it is a Sheng or a Shou. Please refer to the tips provided on each product page to enjoy a balanced tasting experience.
