Water temperature can completely transform a cup of tea. If it is too hot, it can accentuate the bitterness of certain leaves. If it is too cool, it can leave the most delicate aromas in the shadows.
With the Cap Temperature brewing thermometer, you can simply check the temperature of your water before brewing and adapt your preparation to the tea you are enjoying.
Its analog dial allows you to quickly read temperatures from 0 to 100 °C, without batteries and without complicated handling.
Why control the tea temperature?
Not all leaves react to heat in the same way. Some green teas prefer cooler water, while many black teas can withstand higher temperatures.
A thermometer therefore makes it easier to achieve a consistent preparation, but above all, to adjust your brewing to suit your tastes.
Key features

You do not necessarily need to aim for a perfect temperature down to the degree. The thermometer is primarily a guide to help you better understand how a few degrees can change the character of your tea.
For which teas?
It can be used to prepare both green teas, black teas, Pu-erh, rooibos and other infusions. The ideal temperature then depends on the tea you choose and your tasting preferences.
